What is ABW ERP's Transparent Pricing?

Most ERP vendors rely on subscriptions and maintenance fees. ABW pricing is different: no subscription, maintenance, or per-user fees—you pay only for the services you request.

Implementation is billed weekly at an agreed-upon rate based on the services you request. These services may include extraction from your existing database, conversion into ABW, configuration to match your business flow and installation on your server. Any ongoing support or modifications are optional and fully under your control. Since you do not spend your money on high license fees or recurring maintenance fees, you can spend your money on the things that profit your company most.

We never force upgrades; you decide if and when to adopt improvements.

How is ABW ERP Built to Customize?

We understand that one size does not fit all. Your business needs are as distinct as you are, and your software should reflect that. ABW is a source-available ERP: you receive your own copy of the source code and can tailor the system to your workflows and processes at any time using in-house programmers or Info-Power International personnel.

Unlike most ERP systems that limit customization to basic settings, ABW includes full access to all forms, U/I screens, reports, stored procedures, and triggers on your server. Standard software supports multiple methodologies, and customization can often be achieved through configuration settings and flags rather than programming changes. Updates and enhancements can be done by your team or by Info‑Power—so you stay in control long-term.
 
 ABW is built with JavaScript and Microsoft technologies, including .NET, SQL Server, and Report Definition Language (RDL), with server-side processing via stored procedures and triggers.

How does ABW ERP Scale with You?

ABW scales from startups to multi-divisional enterprises. We install the full system on your server and configure only the modules you want to start with (e.g., Sales and Inventory). When you’re ready to proceed to subsequent modules, we convert and configure them—no need to upgrade your system.
 
There are no per-user fees or plan-based feature limits. ABW ERP includes Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Costing, Purchasing, Accounting (AP, AR, GL, Human Resources, Financial Reports, and Cash Management).
 
Menus can be configured to match your workflows per system or per user.
