Our Mission
At Info-Power, customer service is our #1 priority. We believe that if we take care of our customers, our customers will take care of us. We have spent the last 30-plus years nurturing customer relationships, listening to their wants and anticipating their needs.
As technology evolved, so did we, so that our customers were not blindsided by newer software languages and models, or programs that were no longer supported by bigger companies. Our hard work made sure our customers had an easy transition from the old to the new. Regardless of the company's size or industry, we are committed to helping our customers succeed in their endeavors.
Our Technology Evolution
We have prided ourselves on providing solutions based on the most commonly used technology of the day; however, we never force our customers to upgrade. We let them decide if and when they choose to do so. For instance, we still support Linux-based customers that we have had since 1992.
When Microsoft SQL Server became prevalent, we provided ABW based on SQL Server, beginning in 1998. At that time, the client software was written in Visual Basic. Beginning in 2001, we made the transition to HTML-based web solutions, but unlike our competitors, we provided truly interactive screens instead of pages that only validated data at the end of the page.
With the transition to Microsoft Edge and JavaScript, we developed a translator to migrate our customers' logic and preserve their investment. This applied to all our customers, including those with their in-house programmers who had made modifications over the years.
Over the last decade, we have collaborated with our customers to develop Mobile Applications for iOS and Android, using JavaScript, Swift, React Native, and Flutter.
