Info-Power can remotely help you when you are too busy to provide support for users. This support can include problems with their workstations, helping to design reports, or just general questions about ABW. You do not have to install anything ahead of time on your users' workstation. When support is needed, your users can contact us, and we will provide them with a link that they can click on that will give us temporary access to their desktop. Then we can work with them just as if we were there. They can see everything we are doing. It is the next best thing to having someone on site and the most cost effective to solve their problems.
