New technology is available that will let us remotely help you when you are too busy to provide support for users with questions about ABW. You do not have to install anything ahead of time on their workstation. You can have them contact us at a special extension or email us. We will call them back which will means you will not have any long distance charges. We send them an email with a link they click on. That gives us temporary access to their desktop. Then we can work with them just as if we were there. They can see everything we are doing. It is the next best thing to having someone on site and the most cost effective to offer them support.
Since we can share the users desktop, any time they have an issue or question, they can contact us for help via email or phone. We will send them the linking email and call them back. Application questions and training new users can be handled without tying you up.
